| dc.description.abstract | The present article aims to point out the difficulties encountered regarding the re-socialization of prisoners, exposing the structural and economic precariousness of the Brazilian prison system. Using a bibliographical works research methodology, Brazil being chosen as the research field for the collection of information, without defining the period in order not to obtain scarce information. Being constantly stressed beyond precariousness, simple practices that could help in the success of resocialization and reinsertion of the condemned in society as sports education and work inside the penitentiaries, correlating these practices with the impact they would have on the work of the military police, who deal directly with the crime and if the resocialization was as it should the work of the same ones would be assured besides the decrease of the criminality in the cities giving greater security and comfort the society. | pt_BR |
